Collaboration
Here is where I showcase my roles and experience with collaboration.

My Leadership Position for Alpha Chi Omega
As Social Chair for Alpha Chi Omega, one of the most fulfilling aspects of my role is collaborating with other sororities and fraternities. These partnerships are crucial for building strong relationships within the Greek community and for creating fun, respectful, and well-organized social events. I work directly with social chairs from other chapters to plan joint activities, ensuring clear communication and coordinated schedules. I make sure to include every organization and be respectful of their time and opinions.

Successful Greek Life Activities
My collaborative efforts have resulted in a variety of events. I planned a murder mystery night with Sigma Nu, where members worked together to solve clues in a themed and engaging environment. Another successful collaboration involved Zeta Tau Alpha and Alpha Delta Pi, where we hosted a slime-making event, creating a fun and relaxed space for members to connect and express their creativity. We also organized a cornhole tournament with Alpha Tau Omega, bringing members from different chapters together for friendly competition. I was also in charge of planning formal, where our sisters got together and celebrated the semester we had together. I booked a venue, made awards, decorated, and made a catering order for 25 people.

My Hope for the Future of my Position
Beyond the planning, I ensure all events adhere to campus guidelines and uphold the values of our organizations. My focus is on cultivating a positive and inclusive environment where members from various chapters can connect, build friendships, and feel comfortable. Looking ahead, I aspire to plan even more events that our chapter and other organizations will genuinely enjoy. My goal is to continue creating meaningful, well-organized experiences that strengthen our sense of community and make my sisters proud. Through this role, I aim to further develop as a leader, build lasting connections, and leave a positive impact on everyone involved.
